If your vehicle fails on minor items, we offer a free retest within 10 working days. If it fails on major items, we'll provide a clear quote for the repair work before anything is done. You are under no obligation to have repairs carried out with us.

Yes. You can cancel your booking at any time before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email. To change the date or time, cancel and rebook — it takes less than two minutes. Since there's no payment upfront, there's no cancellation fee.
